
Dr. Steve Janosik
Dr. Steve Janosik is senior policy analyst and Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership, Counseling, and Research at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). In addition, he received his B.S in Business Administration from Virginia Tech, an M.A. in counseling and student personnel services from the University of Georgia, and Ed. D. in Educational Administration from Virginia Tech.
Steve has more than 20 years of experience in college administration. He has authored or co-authored more than 90 publications on the topics of assessment, campus crime, college administration, higher education law and policy, liability and risk management, residence life, and student development.

Dr. Matthew Stimpson
Dr. Matthew Stimpson is Director of Assessment in the College of Engineering at NC State University and has worked in higher education for more than 10 years. Matt has presented and published on the topics of access, assessment, and retention. Currently, he serves as editor of the Journal of Student Conduct Administration and is a former co-editor of the Student Affairs Law and Policy Weekly, produced by the Council on Law in Higher Education. Matt earned a B.A. and M.Ed. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Ph.D. from Virginia Polytechnic and State University.

Dr. Racheal Stimpson
Dr. Racheal Stimpson is a consultant for NASCAP and teaches Women’s Studies for Alamance Community College. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from Virginia Tech, a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from UNC Greensboro, and a B.A. in English from Elon University.
Racheal has more than 10 years of experience in various areas of higher education including student activities, orientation, judicial affairs, academic affairs, research, and grants. She has authored several journal articles and a book chapter. She received the Research and Scholarship Award from ACPA’s Standing Committee for Women in 2009.

David Janosik
Mr. David Janosik is the web applications developer for the College of Health and Public Affairs at the University of Central Florida. David has more than 10 years of experience as a digital media and internet marketing consultant. His expertise includes web development, reputation management, social media management, direct mail marketing, and online advertising.
He received his B.A. in Digital Media with a focus in Internet and Interactive Systems from the University of Central Florida is also certified Program Management Professional (PMP).
